Composition under two categories.

see two general areas of composiiton.

 

 

Contemporary  refers mostly to music 

composed  during and since music college studies and up to and including the 7 years of PhD research which focused around compositional devices, referential experiences and aesthetic consistencies - shaping an argument that contemporary music does not necessarily have to imply inaccessabile music.   Essentially, this link features music composed for its own sake.

 

 

 

 

Media  refers to music that was composed in some shape or form for media use: Movie trailers, Gaming, meditation VDO's, Children's TV, Audio books etc.

 

 

Of course, neither of the two above categories are exclusive to each other.
